If you’ve found your way here, you might be curious about the books I’m writing or the work I’m doing now.
But before anything else, I want you to know this: the woman you see today was shaped by years of heartbreak, hard-won healing, and an unshakable search for the peace I now know is possible.
I never chose to be part of the suicide-loss community. As a child, I lost my father to suicide—and that moment split my world in two. It shaped my pain, my personality, my questions, and, in time, my purpose.
For years, I wrestled with the aftershocks of trauma and mental illness. I often felt lost, misunderstood, and unsure if I would ever feel whole again. But I found a way forward—one small, intentional step at a time—through a personal formula I now call Life’s Pie for Peace.
That formula became the heart of The Amuse Project, the platform I created to guide others through life after parental suicide loss. It’s where I share tools, stories, and honest conversations to remind you that no matter how deep the hurt, healing is possible.
Today, I’m writing several books to share my story and the lessons that saved me. I speak to audiences about resilience, self-mastery, and the courage it takes to rebuild a life. But above all, I want you to know this: your story isn’t over, and peace is possible for you too.
With love,
Kristine
